Estimates and Project Terms
Project scope, pricing, payment schedule, timing, demolition, haul-off, finish, and warranty details are confirmed in writing before work begins. Most projects use 50% payment at signing and 50% at completion.
Warranty
ALB Concrete Solutions backs eligible work with a 1-year workmanship warranty. Final warranty terms are provided with the written proposal or service agreement.
